3.1. Services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over.
3.2. By purchasing our Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts in Australia.

‍4. Payment Terms
4.1. Payment must be made in full and upfront before services commence.
4.2. Payments are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind.
• Inability to commit to coaching sessions.
• Scheduling conflicts or other personal reasons.
4.3. Payment methods accepted are as listed on our website.

‍5. No Refund or Cancellation Policy
5.1. All payments are final and non-refundable once made, irrespective of the reason for termination of Services.
5.2. If you choose not to attend scheduled sessions or discontinue coaching, you will forfeit the sessions and any associated payments.
5.3. Rescheduling of sessions is only permitted with at least 7 days’ notice and is subject to coach availability.

‍6. Client Responsibilities
6.1. You are solely responsible for attending all coaching sessions as scheduled.
6.2. mentu is not liable for your failure to attend, delays, or lack of commitment to the coaching program.
6.3. You agree to participate actively and engage fully with the coaching process to achieve the best results.

7.1. The coaching Services provided by mentu are for educational and personal development purposes only.
7.2. mentu makes no guarantees regarding specific results, career advancement, or financial outcomes resulting from our Services.
7.3. The Services are not a substitute for professional legal, psychological, or financial advice.

‍8. Liability
8.1. To the extent permitted by Australian law, mentu excludes all liability for:
• Any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from your use of our Services.
• Loss of income, business opportunities, or career progression.

8.2. You agree that any liability is limited to the total fees paid for the Services.

9.1. All content, materials, and methodologies provided by mentu during coaching sessions remain our intellectual property.

11.1. mentu is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, technical issues, or government restrictions.

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
12.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sydney, New South Wales.
